PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make real-time synthesis of natural human voice free from clumsiness.SOLUTION: A singing voice synthesizing keyboard for enabling a user to designate pitches of singing voice is caused to output first voice issuance control information indicating a pitch triggered by the start of pressing of a key designating the pitch and second voice issuance control information indicating the sound intensity triggered by the completion of key pressing. A singing voice synthesizing apparatus is caused to synthesize voice in a transitional part from silence to the leading phoneme of the singing voice at a pitch indicated by the first voice issuance control information by acquiring the first voice issuance control information, and to synthesize voice in and after the transitional part from the leading phoneme to the succeeding phoneme at the pitch indicated by the first voice issuance control information and at the sound intensity indicated by the second voice issuance control information by acquiring the second voice issuance control information.
