<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro wave application high pressure heating apparatus in which even if failure of a high pressure heating apparatus by breaking of an insulator that constitutes a micro wave window is generated, risk by the failure can be prevented.SOLUTION: In a high pressure heating apparatus in which high temperature high pressure moisture vapor and microwave electric power are supplied to a vulcanizer 50, a heat treatment object 77 disposed in the vulcanizer 50 is exposed to the high temperature high pressure moisture vapor and the microwave electric power, and heating heat-treatment is performed; a tank case in which micro wave tanks 55, 56 that include micro wave transmission lines 58, 73 that introduce the microwave electric power, and microwave power sources 57, 72 are formed as a separate body from the vulcanizer 50, and the micro wave tanks 55, 56 are formed of the equivalent material with a can body of the vulcanizer 50 is possessed in the vulcanizer 50.</p> |
