PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness for an oil-cooled device capable of reducing degradation of oil-proofness, without increasing the costs.SOLUTION: A harness 1 for an oil-cooled device includes: a terminal fitting 7 which has a cylindrical part for covering a conductor 10 and a part of a sheath 13 so that the conductor 10 and the part of the sheath are not exposed to a shield case 5; and first oil inflow preventing means which is formed by caulking the part of the sheath 13 by a cylindrical caulking part 24 that is formed in the cylindrical part. The terminal fitting 7 and the housing 8 can be moved relative to each other via an electric wire 14 exposed between the terminal fitting 7 and the housing 8.
