The present invention relates to a preparation method of vinyl chloride-based block copolymer and a triblock copolymer. It took long time to polymerize a vinyl chloride monomer using alkyl iodine radical according to SET-DT reaction. However, by using the preparation method of vinyl chloride-based block copolymer, it takes short time to produce the vinyl chloride-based block copolymer; particle agglomeration and the amount of attachments on the reactor are reduced; the efficiency of the reaction of the block copolymer is increased; and the producing process can be simplified.
