摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a PCR primer and probe that is specific to a type for detecting a human papilloma virus using a liquid bead array and a multiplex PCR using same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a PCR primer and probe that is specific to a type that can be complementarily bonded to a nucleic acid sequence of oncogenic HPV that is closely related to uterine cervical cancer, and a method for detecting twenty-one types of the high-risk human papilloma virus and thirteen nucleic acid sequences of the low-risk human papilloma virus in a sample with a same detection limit using same. In the present invention, by means of a method for detecting a human papilloma virus and confirming a genotype, a method for providing information for diagnosing infection by a human papilloma virus and an infected genotype, and a method for screening a therapeutic agent for uterine cervical cancer, human papilloma virus infection and a genotype thereof can be rapidly and accurately confirmed from a specimen and a candidate therapeutic material can be accurately and simply screened.</p>
