The drive (1) has a front part and a rear part (11) that are formed in such a way as to have passages to access from a front of the variable speed drive. Fixing tabs are situated at a rear side of the drive. The passages are produced parallel to a main axis, and an undercut is produced on a main body of the rear part, where the undercut includes sufficient depth to allow the fixing plinth to pass through an opening. A flange is arranged to serve as a bearing surface for a gasket. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a control system (2) a method for mounting a variable speed drive. |
