The present invention relates to a contaminated water treatment apparatus including an inflow screen tank into which contaminated water, such as contaminated stream water, lake water, ecological landscaping water, sewage, initial rainwater, and waste water, flows and in which solids and impurities are removed; a detritus tank that removes contaminants with a high specific gravity, that is contained in the contaminated water which passes through the inflow screen tank; a chemical treatment tank into which a supernatant of the detritus tank flows and which removes the contaminants that can be removed through chemical treatment; a settling tank that removes the solids such as flocs that are generated in the chemical treatment tank; a filter rotating-type filtering tank that performs filtering treatment of the settled treated water: and an aeration tank that aerates and discharges the filtered treated water and a sludge reservoir tank that stores the sludge which is generated in each reaction tank, and to a contaminated water treatment method using same, in which the contaminated water treatment apparatus is used so that the contaminated water can be discharged after being treated to at least a discharge reference. |
