An oil treatment system and an oil treatment method are disclosed. The oil treatment system comprises: a first ship having collecting equipment which collects mixed fluid leaking from an accident well when an oil spill accident is generated on the bottom of the sea, separate the collected fluid into crude oil, water, and gas, and burns one or more of a portion of the separated crude oil and the gas; and a second ship which receives the residual portion of the crude oil separated from the first ship therein and transfers the received crude oil to the other region. |
