The purpose of the present invention is to stably jet strong and uniform air through air outlets which are formed on an air supply chamber to be open in the form of a slit, and keep a predetermined width without being locally widened by an internal pressure of the air supply chamber. Two rows of the air outlets (16) are arranged in the form of zigzag, and a first air inlet (26) and a second air inlet (27) are arranged on the outer sides of the air outlets in the form of zigzag to be spaced apart from the air outlets. High-speed air jetted vertically towards a plate P from the air outlets (16) separates dust attached to the plate P with wind pressure thereof, and then sucks and removes the dust from the first and second air inlets (26, 27). The air outlets (16) formed on the air supply chamber (11), and the first and second air inlets (26, 27) are respectively arranged in the form of zigzag, thereby causing the air outlets (16) or the first and second air inlets (26, 27) to maintain a predetermined width without being locally widened or narrowed by pressure. |
