PURPOSE: A coating sheet and method of a conveyor pulley are provided to reduce time and costs required for replacing a damaged rubber coated part on a conveyor pulley by easily coating a conveyor belt with the coating sheet. CONSTITUTION: A coating method of a conveyor pulley is as follows. A room-temperature coating pad and a functional coating pad are prepared (S1). A coating sheet is manufactured by thermally pressing the prepared pads (S2). Adhesive is spread on the surface of a conveyor pulley and the room-temperature coating pad (S3). The conveyor pulley is coated with the coating sheet (S4). The coated pulley drum is hardened at room temperatures (S5).
