The sport training device for improving the ability of knock-out concentrated punches of various kinds and practicing the technique, the speed and the intensity of such punches contains the base and the receptacle of punches with the dampening coating. The base consists of two longitudinal bars attached to two levers. The receptacle of punches with the dampening coating is attached to the support panel attached to the base.
