An IP communication terminal and a network establishing method are provided to configure network environmental information automatically without the intervention of a user. A network connecting part(20) checks whether a network is constructed to communicate with the second terminal(390). If not, the network is constructed and the second terminal waits a connection request. When the connection request is received, a network information generating unit(30) generates the first network information to be used. And then, a network establishment part(40) sets an environment with the first network information. The network information generating unit generates the second network information which the second terminal will use, and then transmits it to the second terminal. |
