The present invention relates to a waist stretching apparatus, and to an apparatus for reducing back pain and strengthening the waist by relaxing back muscles. The waist stretching apparatus of the present invention may solve a problem of burdening the body because the body is upside down when using devices that relax the waist, and a problem in which the size of an apparatus is large so that many materials are required for the apparatus. The waist stretching apparatus according to the present invention includes a support bar, an ankle fixing device, and a handle with for allowing a user to use the waist stretching apparatus while lying on the floor. Also, the length of the apparatus may be adjustable to suit the height of the user. Therefore, since the user is able to use the waist stretching apparatus in a state in which the user is lying on the floor using the ankle fixing device, the support bar, and the handle, the body does not need to be upside down and a backrest is not necessary, thereby reducing the size of the apparatus and removing the necessity of many materials for the apparatus. Furthermore, the length of the apparatus may be adjustable to suit the height of the user. |
