摘要 <p>The mold (10) comprises: a flow chamber; adjoining nozzles of narrowed cross-section for the outlet of liquid to be atomized with respect to the flow chamber; a cavity corresponding to outer and inner dimensions of atomizing spray nozzles (12) and filled with liquid or thixotropic production material, which is then caused to solidify; a flow chamber core mold part (32) for defining an inner wall of the flow chamber; and a nozzle core mold part (34) for defining an inner wall of the adjoining nozzles. The mold (10) comprises: a flow chamber; adjoining nozzles of narrowed cross-section for the outlet of liquid to be atomized with respect to the flow chamber; a cavity corresponding to outer and inner dimensions of atomizing spray nozzles (12) and filled with liquid or thixotropic production material, which is then caused to solidify; a flow chamber core mold part (32) for defining an inner wall of the flow chamber; and a nozzle core mold part (34) for defining an inner wall of the adjoining nozzles. The nozzle core mold part is defined in a transition region (42) between the adjoining nozzles and the flow chamber and formed in one piece, such that the flow chamber core mold part in the transition region from the flow chamber to the adjoining nozzles has a smooth surface and a continuous contour. The nozzle core mold part is attached from the transition region to the flow chamber core mold part. The nozzle core mold part is defined from the transition region to an exit edge. The nozzle core mold has a peripheral edge, and a circumferential edge at its tapered end. The circumferential edge is formed by blending an outer surface of the nozzle core mold part and a contact surface. The outer surface is defined in the inside wall of the adjoining nozzles in the transition region. The contact surface is formed essentially parallel to a surface of the flow chamber core mold part. The flow chamber core mold part is frustum-shaped or cone shaped. The nozzle core mold part comprises a frustum-shaped contact surface. The flow chamber core mold part and the nozzle core mold part are provided with a projection and a recess. The projection and the recess engage into one another if the nozzle core mould part is placed on the flow chamber core mold part. The nozzle core mold part comprises one of a first nozzle core mold part of various diameters, which is placed on the flow chamber core mold part. A negative mold is used for the production of the flow chamber core mold part and/or the nozzle core mold part. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing atomizing spray nozzles.</p>
