The present invention increases the replay quality of video data transmitted from a saving location via a network having a narrow bandwidth. A first information processing device: monitors the state of a communication network, and in accordance with the monitoring results, from a first framerate indicating a first frame count per unit time of first video data, generates second video data at a second framerate lower than the first frame rate by eliminating successive video frames of which the audio level of the corresponding audio data is no greater than a predetermined threshold; generates frame information pertaining to the eliminated frames; and transmits the second video data, audio data, and frame information. A second information processing device generates a complementary image that complements the image of the eliminated frames using the frame information; and generates video data at the first framerate using the complementary image and the second video data. |
