The present invention relates to an in-plane switching mode liquid crystal display device and a method for manufacturing the same which comprises: a liquid display panel in which a liquid crystal layer is provided between a first substrate and a second substrate facing the first substrate, a common electrode and a pixel electrode are provided on the inner side of the first substrate, and a color filter layer is provided in the inner side of the second substrate; and a static electricity prevention layer which is a mixed material of a conductive polymer material or a conductive inorganic material and a thermosetting binder capable of being cured at temperatures below 100°C on the second substrate of the liquid crystal panel, and has a first thickness, several tens to several thousands MΩ/sq of sheet resistance, and 7-9H of hardness. |
