摘要 <p>Disclosed is an endpoint detection method of optical alignment on a liquid crystal material, which comprises the following steps: performing optical alignment on the liquid crystal material, which comprises using radiation light to irradiate the liquid crystal material under an action of an electric field, making reaction monomers in the liquid crystal material generate polymerization reaction; detecting a number of remaining reaction monomers in the liquid crystal material or a thickness change value of a liquid crystal box in the liquid crystal material, and determining whether the number of remaining reaction monomers or the thickness change value of the liquid crystal box reaches a preset value; if yes, the optical alignment endpoint of the liquid crystal material is reached. Also disclosed is an endpoint detection apparatus of optical alignment on the liquid crystal material. The endpoint detection method and the apparatus of optical alignment on a liquid crystal material control a reaction endpoint of alignment by detecting the endpoint of optical alignment, reduce an influence of a glass substrate individual difference on optical alignment, and prevent an influence on a reaction process of performing alignment on reaction monomers.</p>
