The clamp (12) has two articulated pincers (13), which are actuated by pneumatic bottles (17). The reel (6) comprises a main tube (18) which at the side has an outer quadrangular tube (21), in which there is another internal quadrangular tube (22), there being notches (23) in both tubes. |
