PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ATM user auxiliary device for performing image recognition of a condition or a situation (for example, sex, age, and luggage or the like) of a user of an ATM device as a monitoring target person from the image of a camera for monitoring the user, and for automatically selecting and providing a service corresponding to the image recognition.SOLUTION: The ATM user auxiliary device includes: a camera for monitoring the user of an ATM device; image recognition means for recognizing the sex, age, or luggage or the like of an ATM user from the image of the monitoring camera; and control means for receiving the recognition result of the image recognition means, and for automatically selecting a user auxiliary member or user auxiliary function corresponding to the user, and for providing the selected user auxiliary member or user auxiliary function to the ATM user, and for returning the provided user auxiliary member or user auxiliary function to an original condition on the basis of the image of the camera after ATM transaction by the ATM user. |
