PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method capable of recording images excellent in terms of scratch resistance and peel resistance.SOLUTION: The inkjet recording method of the present invention includes: a white image recording step of recording a white image by jetting droplets of a white ink composition from the nozzle of an ink jet recording head and then adhering the droplets of the white ink composition to the recording target plane of a soft packaging film; a color image recording step of recording a color image by jetting droplets of a color ink composition from the nozzle and then adhering the droplets of the color ink composition to the white image; and a first heating step of heating at least the white image and the color image at a temperature higher than 40°C; the white ink composition includes water, a white coloring material, and a urethane resin but includes virtually no alkyl polyols having standard boiling points of 280°C or above, whereas the color ink composition includes water and a colored coloring material. |
