PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunctions of a control valve for controlling the discharge capacity which results from adhesion of a lubrication oil.SOLUTION: A variable capacity compressor is provided with a dividing member 150d for dividing an intake chamber 141 into a first space part 141a which connects with an intake passage and separates a lubrication oil from a refrigerant gas to store the lubrication oil and a second space part 141b which connects with an intake hole 103a and where the refrigeration gas, from which the oil has been separated, is introduced through a communication hole 150a. A pressure of the second space part 141b is introduced to a control valve 300 through a pressure introduction passage 147. |
