The present invention provides a cutting board capable of storing knives which comprises a platy frame installed on a guardrail, which is installed in the left or right side of a road, or a rail and multiple windbreak tools formed inside the frame and spaced from each other at regular intervals. The windbreak tools comprises a pair of guide plates having arc-shaped sections, and one guide plate (120) has a narrow radius of curvature and the other guide plate (130) has a wide radius of curvature, and one-side edges of each guide plate are arranged to be adjacent each other so that a wind outlet (140) for formation of vortex is formed in the orthogonal direction of the wind. The cutting board of the present invention makes wind speed different using the pair of guide plates having different radius of curvature and weakens winds, and induces the winds to be crashed against each other so forms the vortex, thereby markedly weakening the strength of the winds passing through the cutting board. |
