The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus of a non-melting positive electrode for electroplating which comprises the following: a sand blasting unit polishing the surface of the positive electrode for electroplating; an etching unit processing contaminants generated on the polished surface of the positive electrode using acid; a discharging processing unit controlling the surface roughness of the acid-processed positive electrode; a coating unit forming an iridium coating layer using a spray on the surface of the positive electrode with the controlled surface roughness; and a heat-processing unit thermally hardening the positive electrode including the iridium coating layer. Therefore, the present invention forms the iridium coating layer after preprocessing the steps for etching and discharging the surface processing of the positive electrode for electroplating, thereby reducing the manufacturing time of the non-melting positive electrode for electroplating, improving productivity, and reducing the manufacturing costs.
