The solution concerns a method of heat processing of hardometering plates with hardness level from 77.5 HRB to 65 HRC, which is divided into stages and consists in spheroidizing at the temperature of 760 degrees C for a period of 4 hours, in cooling to the temperature of 650 degrees C, in heating to the temperature of 710 degrees C with 2-hour delay, and in subsequent cooling at a speed of 10 to 15 degrees C.h<-1>. According to the required level of hardness the hardometering plates can be further tempered and annealed in the determined temperature interval.<IMAGE>
