The present invention relates to a biomolecular-capacitor using a protein outer cover-metal nanoparticle compound which is a bio-inorganic compound. The biomolecular-capacitor according to the present invention is applied to various fields such as a biochip, a biosensor, a bio electronic device, a next generation electric vehicle, and a smartphone by obtaining a fast capacitive time constant, high capacitance, and biocompatibility.
