<p>The sections separating device has a clamping device (13) for clamping the workpiece (11). The radially engagable clamping elements are arranged at the bottom portion of the workpiece. An adjustable axial hub element is provided at the clamping elements. A height-adjustable separating unit (14) is detachably attached to a portion of a horizontal section of the workpiece, and is provided below the cutting plane.
