The present invention relates to a melting apparatus for a waste vinyl which improves durability by enabling cooling water circulation in the inner space of a combustion part for melting waste vinyl and the like and a transport part through a cooling part and enables the combination of a heat exchanging apparatus for a boiler performing heat exchange by reusing waste heat of high temperature generated in fusion as well as the melting apparatus by detachably combining the combustion part for performing fusion. The melting apparatus of the present invention comprises: a base part which is movably installed on the ground; the combustion part which is installed in the base part and includes a combustion space part formed in the inner space, wherein an upper part and a lower part are detachably combined; a supply part which is installed on a front part of the combustion part and supplies a waste vinyl required for fusion from the outside to the inner space of the combustion part; the transport part which enables the waste vinyl to be gradually moved and fused at the same time by being rotatably installed in the inner space of the combustion part while penetrating the inner space of the combustion part, wherein at least one transfer part is installed in the combustion part in order to discharge the molten waste vinyl to the outside of the combustion part; a driving part which is installed on one end of the transfer part and drives the transfer part; a cooling part which is installed to circulate the inner space of the transfer part and controls the temperature of the transfer part; and a control part which controls one among the combustion part, supply part, transfer part, driving part and cooling part.
