摘要 The present invention relates to a construction method of a shield underground tunnel, wherein the construction method is to secure the structural stability of the underground tunnel with a curved part, and is to easily construct the underground tunnel at low costs. The construction method according to the present invention comprises: a step (a) of forming slab-rectangular pipe composite bodies by inserting rectangular pipes into the ground, inserting slab supporting structures into the slab-rectangular pipe composite bodies, and then building a slab by placing concrete in the slab-rectangular pipe composite bodies; a step (b) of forming wall-rectangular pipe composite bodies by inserting rectangular pipes into the lower side of the slab-rectangular pipe composite bodies positioned at both ends of the slab, inserting wall supporting structures into the wall-rectangular pipe composite bodies, and then building walls by placing the concrete in the wall-rectangular pipe composite bodies; a step (c) of excavating a pilot tunnel hole in the predetermined position of the bottom of the underground tunnel to be constructed, and installing a pilot tunnel hole foundation part on the bottom of the pilot tunnel hole; a step (d) of performing excavation on the periphery of the pilot tunnel hole while maintaining the angle of repose; a step (e) of installing a supporting pillar, which is to support the slab, on the upper surface of the pilot tunnel hole foundation part; a step (f) of performing residual excavation, and installing a horizontal supporting body for supporting the backfill earth pressure of the walls; and a step (g) of placing the concrete for a tunnel bottom after finishing the residual excavation.
