The purpose of the present invention is to allow all nozzle bars to be synchronized and operated regardless of a change in the tensile strength of a towing rope by connecting one towing rope in a closed loop shape. Nozzle bars (140, 140′) are installed below the moving carts (130, 130′). A towing part (200) is provided to tow a towing rope (150) for towing the moving carts (130, 130′). Here, the towing part (200) includes one common driving shaft (230) shaft-coupled with a shaft (220) of a driving motor (210) and two individual driven shafts (240, 240′) installed in parallel with the common driving shaft (230).
