PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development excellent in charging characteristics and low temperature fixability.SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development comprises at least a binder resin. The binder resin comprises a block copolymer having a non-crystalline polyester block and a crystalline polyester block; and the block copolymer has a structure expressed by formula (1). In formula (1), Land Leach independently represent a trivalent connecting group; Lrepresents a single bond or a divalent connecting group; and one of wavy lines represents a bonding position to the non-crystalline polyester block and the other represents a bonding position to the crystalline polyester block.
