摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel position identification device which makes a wheel position correspond to identification information included in wheel information sent from a wheel, the wheel position identification device being capable of more reliably identifying the wheel position.SOLUTION: Wheel information including IDa is transmitted from each of a plurality of wheels at the timing when each wheel-side unit reaches a top dead center. Rotational positions of four wheels are detected by respective wheel speed sensors at the timing when the pieces of wheel information each including IDa are received using a receiver during a designated period of time (S12). The number of detection values falling within a designated range is acquired (S15 and S16), and wheel positions are identified (S18). If the wheel positions cannot be identified, braking forces for the respective wheels are controlled so that a rotational angular speed difference arise between two wheels (S22). Thereafter, the detection values are acquired again, the number of detection values falling within the designated range is acquired again, and the wheel positions are identified again. As the rotational angular speed difference is made larger, the wheel positions can be identified more reliably.</p>
