PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring-opening polymerizable polysiloxane composition which provides a polysiloxane cured matter having high thermal decomposition resistance and, moreover, having storage stability.SOLUTION: Provided is a ring-opening polymerizable polysiloxane composition comprising: a cyclic polysiloxane; (a) a catalytic amount of tetraalkylammonium difluorotriaryl silicate; and a carboxylic acid in an amount of 1 to 4 molar times to that of the (a), and satisfying at least one of the following conditions (1) to (3): (1) that the cyclic polysiloxane contains a silanol group; (2) that the carboxylic acid contains a hydroxyl group; and (3) that a hydroxyl group-containing compound is contained as well, and total quantity of the hydroxyl groups in the composition is at least equimolar to the (a). |
