PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational method of a manufacturing apparatus of refined water for medical treatment, capable of hot water sterilization.SOLUTION: RO water in an RO water tank is circulated in a circulation line including an active carbon unit 3 and an RO unit 5 for sterilization, while being heated up to higher temperature with a heater 6a. After sterilization, the RO water in the RO water tank 6 is circulated in the circulation line for cooling, while being cooled to lower temperature with a heat exchanger 8.
