PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water generator capable of preventing the release, into the atmosphere, of a yet-to-be-dissolved ozone gas.SOLUTION: The provided ozone water generator 1 generates ozone water by dissolving, into water, an ozone gas generated by electrolyzing water and is equipped not only with an ozone generator 21 but also with an electrolytic tank 2, wherein ozone water is generated by dissolving, into water, an ozone gas generated by this ozone generator, a feed passage 3 for feeding water into the electrolytic tank, a water discharge passage 4 for discharging the ozone water generated within the electrolytic tank, an expanded portion 5 configured midway along the water discharge passage and having a flow channel diameter larger than that of the upstream side portion of the water discharge passage, and a circuit 6 branched upward from the expanded portion and connected to at least either of the feed passage and the upstream side of the water discharge passage; not only is the ozone water generated within the electrolytic tank discharged from the downstream side of the water discharge passage past the expanded portion but a portion of the ozone water generated within the electrolytic tank and the yet-to-be-dissolved ozone gas are also re-fed, past the circuit from the expanded portion, into at least either of the feed passage and the upstream side of the water discharge passage. |
