PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measurement device capable of performing precise flow rate measurement for a long period of time ensuring user-friendliness.SOLUTION: The flow rate measurement device includes: time measurement means 10 that measures propagation time in forward and backward directions; time difference calculation means 13 that calculate time difference between the propagation time in forward and backward directions measured by the time measurement means 10; correction amount calculation means 14 that, only when the difference is satisfactorily small, determines the fluid does not flow and calculates a correction value to reflect the value to the calculation of flow rate made by flow rate calculation means 17. With this, the flow rate of gas can be precisely measured without interrupting the use of gas for long period of time while ensuring user-friendliness. |
