PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive guiding system and the like that can improve motivation of a driver for economical driving by showing the driver information about an expected time of arrival upon economically driving.SOLUTION: The drive guiding system 1 relates to a drive guiding system 1 that guides information about driving a vehicle, and an economical driving determination part 11a that determines whether or not the economical driving is in operation; a speed information acquisition part 11b that acquires economical speed information on an economical speed in a case where it is determined that the economical driving is in operation; a driving prediction point identification part 11c that identifies a driving prediction point of the vehicle; a time calculation part 11d that calculates a first expected time of arrival at which the vehicle arrives at the driving prediction point when the vehicle runs at an economical speed on the basis of the economical speed information and the driving prediction point; and a guidance part 11e that outputs guidance information on the first expected time of arrival to the driver of the vehicle.
