The present invention relates to a method for operating an underwater station and an underwater vehicle. An underwater station according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a plate-like upper frame having a hole formed on the center; a plurality of connecting bars elongated upwardly from the top of the upper frame, at the same time being elongated from different points to be met over the central part of the upper frame; a joining member installed on the point where the bars meet; and a plurality of accommodation members installed on the bottom of the upper frame to provide a space for accommodating an underwater vehicle.
