<p>The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet with high strength and water repellency, which is thin and can tolerate high water pressure, a method for manufacturing the same, and a flooding prevention device using the waterproof sheet. The waterproof sheet, according to the present invention, comprises: a synthetic resin sheet, such as a vinyl sheet having water repellency; and fiber sheets which have fibrous tissues and are respectively adhered to both sides of the synthetic resin sheet.</p> |
