The present invention relates to a composition for absorbing carbon dioxide, and a method and an apparatus for absorbing carbon dioxide using same, wherein the composition for absorbing carbon dioxide contains an anitsolvent which can reduce sensible heat, latent heat, and renewable energy costs used for cooling and heating, renew a carbon dioxide-absorbing solution by increasing bicarbonate slurry production in a process and an apparatus for absorbing carbon dioxide from a mixed gas exhaust gas including carbon dioxide from a coal-fired power plant, and separate and renew the bicarbonate slurry containing a high content of carbon dioxide at a high pressure.
