PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of raw perilla seed oil and raw perilla seed oil manufactured thereby are provided to prevent generation of benzoapyrene which is a carcinogenic material, to shorten a waiting time during processing, and to eliminate a pulverizing process which has a risk of metal powder absorption. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of raw perilla seed oil comprises washing carefully selected perilla seeds by shooting water once by using a grain washer; dehydrating the washed perilla seeds for 2-3 minutes by using the grain washer; placing the dehydrated perilla seeds in a hot air dryer while maintaining temperature at 50-70 deg. Celsius and drying the same to decrease the moisture content to be 4% or lower; cooling the dried perilla seeds to 30-40 deg. Celsius; vacuum packing the cooled perilla seeds with a compressed packing plastic and aging the same for 1 day to 3 months or less; extracting oil from the aged perilla seeds by using an oil press at 0-35 deg. Celsius under a pressure of 550-600 kgf/cm^2; and filtering the raw perilla seed oil by using a 0.5-1 micrometer filter. The filtering step is completed by using a press filter or a cartridge filter.
