Cr-ADDED HIGH CORROSION RESISTANCE STEEL SHEET AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cr-added high corrosion resistance steel sheet in which a {222} plane is more highly integrated and high corrosion resistance and processability are provided and a method of producing the same efficiently.SOLUTION: A Cr-added high corrosion resistance steel sheet in which a Cr thickened part having Cr concentration of 13 mass% or more is formed in the range of 0.1 to 50μm in depth from the surface of the steel sheet by a hot-rolling of a steel cast slab having anα-γtransformational composition containing 3 mass% or more and less than 13 mass% of Cr or further containing 0.1 mass% or more and less than 1 mass% of Ni and by a cold rolling with a rolling reduction of 50% to 95% to form a steel sheet; by forming a Cr film on one face or both faces of the steel sheet; and by performing a heat treatment of heating to a temperature ofα-γtransformation point or higher and cooling to 1300°C of lower, and anαFe phase has {222} plane having an accumulation degree of 60% to 99%, with respect to the surface of the steel sheet.
