<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device having power terminals capable of being easily connected to, for example, a connector and a bus bar.SOLUTION: A power conversion device includes a laminated body 10 in which a plurality of semiconductor modules 2 and a plurality of coolers 11 are stacked. Each semiconductor module 2 has a main body portion 20 including a semiconductor element, a plurality of power terminals 200, and control terminals 23. When viewed from the stacking direction of the laminated body 10, at least some of power terminals 200 among the plurality of power terminals 200 included in two semiconductor modules 2 adjacent in the stacking direction are configured so as not to be overlapped with one another.</p> |
