<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnesium battery in which power generation is made possible to be stopped and then started at an arbitrary time during power generation, and also to provide a battery system in which power generation is continuously performed by enabling replacement of a package including a magnesium battery.SOLUTION: Magnesium foil is formed in a belt-shape, divided by an insulation pattern placed in the direction at a right angle or an oblique direction, and made to be blocks insulated from each other. A negative electrode is brought into contact with one surface of the magnesium foil, a positive electrode formed by overlapping a separator, active carbon and a good conductor is brought into contact with the other surface, and a contact point with the magnesium foil of both electrodes is moved to a neighboring block from one block, thereby freely starting/stopping power generation.</p> |
