PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a lighting color of a signal apparatus is not effectively utilized, even when the lighting color is acquired.SOLUTION: A first in-vehicle device 1 acquires a signal apparatus identifier for identifying a signal apparatus and a lighting color of the signal apparatus to transmit them to a server 2. The server 2 receives the signal apparatus identifier and the lighting color transmitted from the first in-vehicle device 1 to accumulate them in a storage unit. Also, the server 2 transmits signal apparatus information which includes the signal apparatus identifier and the lighting color of the signal apparatus identified by the signal apparatus identifier, to a second in-vehicle device 3. The second in-vehicle device 3 receives the signal apparatus information transmitted from the server 2 to perform an output associated with the signal apparatus information. Therefore, the lighting color of the signal apparatus acquired by the first in-vehicle device 1 is utilized by the second in-vehicle device 3.
