<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery control system and an electric cell that make unnecessary a centralized management device for controlling the voltage of each individual electric cell in a battery pack.SOLUTION: The battery control system, including a plurality of electric cells and each communication device corresponding to each of the plurality of electric cells, forcibly discharges an electric cell having the occurrence of abnormality and other electric cells when the abnormality occurs in at least one of the electric cells.</p> |
