<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blending change prediction method capable of more accurately grasping an appearance change for pH fluctuation with respect to a diluted parenteral solution.SOLUTION: A blending change prediction method for predicting a blending change in a prescription in which a plurality of medicines including a first medicine are blended includes: a first process for blending the first medicine and an infusion solution at a prescription dosage ratio to acquire a blended solution; a second process for acquiring relationships between the solubility and the pH of the first medicine for the infusion solution based on the pH change of the blended solution; a third process for calculating the pH (P1) of a prescription solution in which all the medicines in the prescription are blended; and a fourth process for predicting an appearance change of the blended solution based on the relationships between the solubility and the pH of the first medicine for the infusion solution, and the pH (P1) of the prescription solution.</p> |
