<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of stably executing a complicated and sophisticated image performance.SOLUTION: A host CPU 60 locates a storage position of still image compression data to be decoded, and issues instructions to decode the still image compression data (S2) while identifying a sprite buffer SPB and a frame buffer FLB (S1). For decoded decompression data, a display position is located to issue instructions to generate image data, and generated image data is stored in the frame buffer FLB (S3). The host CPU 60 repeats such operation by the number of still images, thus displaying a plurality of still images on a display device by a VDP 62.</p> |
