A toeboard fastening device is provided. The toeboard fastening device according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided to fixate a toeboard interposed between columns, and comprises: a fixing unit formed on a column; a wedge which is combined to the fixing unit to be moveable and slidable to the longitudinal direction of the column; and a ring unit which has one end combined to both sides of the wedge to be slidable and which flexibly moves to left and right by being interlocked with the vertical movement of the wedge, wherein the ring unit has the other end which the end of the toeboard is attached to or separated from.
