PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel in which the visibility of an electrode pattern is decreased to suppress a phenomenon that the electrode pattern is viewed by user's eyes, such that the visibility is improved to thereby improve the quality, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A touch panel 1 includes: a transparent substrate 10; an interface layer 20 formed on one surface of the transparent substrate 10; and a metal mesh type electrode pattern 30 formed on the interface layer 20. The interface layer 20 has a thickness of 40 to 80 nm, a pore size of 20 to 200 nm, and a porosity of 30 to 50%.
