The present invention provides a multilayered ceramic capacitor which includes: a ceramic element; first and second internal electrodes which have an overlap area and include first and second lead parts, respectively to expose the overlap area to one side of the ceramic element; first and second external electrodes which are formed on one side of the ceramic element and include first and second lead connection parts which are connected to the first and second lead parts, respectively, and first and second external terminal parts which are extended to one side which is vertical to the exposure surfaces of the first and second lead parts and are exposed to the outside; and a first insulation layer which is formed on one side of the ceramic element and covers the first and second lead connection parts and the first and second lead parts to be exposed to one side of the ceramic element.
